Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days of payment confirmation. Products available for immediate delivery are shipped within 3–5 business days. Returns and Refunds
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for made-to-measure or personalized products and for digital content supplied on a non-material medium with acceptance of performance.
