The expansion DBR Derbi Superfast Low-Mount 70-85cc is designed to deliver high performance on medium-displacement Derbi engines. Made from Ferro P04 with handcrafted workmanship, this exhaust ensures optimized gas resonance for configurations from 70cc up to the most tuned 85cc.
The Superfast Low-Mount design, combined with hand-peened welding, achieves a perfectly smooth internal passage, improving gas flow and increasing engine efficiency. Ferro P04 offers a fuller and more progressive response compared to titanium, making it ideal for racing use where torque and control are essential.

PRO TUNER NOTE:
The DBR hand-peened steel offers superior resonance. If you chose the Racing Finish (without Cerakote), remember that Ferro P04 is unprotected: dry it after every wash and apply a protective product to prevent oxidation.

Note: Without constant maintenance, surface oxidation is natural on untreated steel.

Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days from payment confirmation. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 business days. All times indicated refer to business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and company closure periods. Any special processing or treatments requested by the customer, including but not limited to Transparent Anti-Rust Cerakote, result in an estimated production time extension of about 1 additional week, as these are performed by external suppliers and not directly at our production facility. For urgent needs, Rapid Production services are available with delivery within 10 or 20 business days, with costs varying based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order volume. Once shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number via email. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or extraordinary circumstances. Returns and Refunds
According to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products and for digital content provided via non-material support with acceptance of execution. In cases provided by law, withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact, and complete with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to DBR S.R.L. In case of defective or non-compliant products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic documentation to assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
