The DBR Titanium Exhaust for RIMAR MOTORS 587 / 500cc with Twill Carbon Fiber Silencer is an exhaust system developed for racing applications with the RIMAR MOTORS V-Twin engine installed on an Aprilia RSV1000 chassis base.
- The system is made entirely of titanium and is custom-built for 587cc or 500cc configurations, with dedicated geometries to ensure efficient exhaust gas flow and stable operation at high temperatures.
- Joints are made using TIG welding in a controlled atmosphere, with bright (white) weld beads, characteristic of properly protected titanium work, guaranteeing structural integrity and absence of contamination.
- The DBR silencer with Twill carbon fiber coating is designed to maintain proper backpressure and a sound level suitable for racing applications.
- The system allows selection, at the time of order, of the displacement and the silencer configuration (symmetrical or asymmetrical).

Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days from payment confirmation. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 business days. All times indicated refer to business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and company closure periods. Any special processing or treatments requested by the customer, including but not limited to Transparent Anti-Rust Cerakote, involve an estimated production time extension of about 1 additional week, as these are performed by external suppliers and not directly at our production facility. For urgent needs, Rapid Production services are available with delivery within 10 or 20 business days, with costs varying based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order volume. Once shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number via email. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or extraordinary circumstances. Returns and Refunds
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products and for digital content provided via non-material support with acceptance of execution. Where permitted by law, withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact, and complete with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to DBR S.R.L. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic documentation to assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
