Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days from payment confirmation. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Any special processing or treatments requested by the customer, including but not limited to Transparent Anti-Rust Cerakote, result in an estimated production time extension of about 1 additional week, as these are performed by external suppliers and not directly at our production facility. For urgent needs, Rapid Production services are available with delivery within 10 or 20 business days, with costs varying based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order volume. Once shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number via email. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or extraordinary circumstances. Returns and Refunds
According to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products and for digital content provided via non-material support with acceptance of execution. In cases provided by law, withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact, and complete with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to DBR S.R.L. In case of defective or non-compliant products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic documentation to assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
