The heart of DBR performance lies in the choice of materials: we use exclusively high-quality P04 sheet metal. Unlike common steel, P04 sheet metal offers superior resonance capacity, ensuring that essential "wave return" to efficiently empty and fill the cylinder.
Each expansion is hand-hammered and precisely welded to guarantee perfect internal volumes. The visible welds and handcrafted finish give your bike a DBR Factory look, identical to competition motorcycles.
Choose Your Finish: Maintenance or Total Protection
We offer two options for managing your P04 iron expansion:
- Racing Finish (Oil): For purists. The exhaust is supplied raw; maintenance involves the classic application of a thin layer of oil after washing to prevent oxidation and keep the metal "alive".
- Transparent Cerakote™ Treatment: The ultimate rustproof solution. A high-temperature ceramic coating that seals the P04 sheet metal, protecting it from mud and moisture without hiding the spectacular welds and the natural color of the metal.

⚠️ IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE NOTE:
If you purchased the muffler in the Racing Finish version (without Cerakote treatment), remember that P04 iron has no protection. To preserve the integrity and appearance of the exhaust, it is essential to dry it after each wash and apply a protective product.

Per esigenze urgenti sono disponibili servizi di Produzione Rapida con consegna entro 10 o 20 giorni lavorativi, con costi variabili in base alla destinazione. Le spese di spedizione vengono calcolate al checkout in base a destinazione, peso e volume dell’ordine. Una volta spedito, il cliente riceverà via email il numero di tracking. Eventuali dazi doganali o tasse di importazione sono a carico del destinatario. Resi e Rimborsi
Ai sensi dell’art. 59 del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), il diritto di recesso è escluso per prodotti realizzati su misura o personalizzati e per contenuti digitali forniti tramite supporto non materiale con accettazione dell’esecuzione. Nei casi previsti dalla legge, il recesso può essere esercitato entro 14 giorni dalla consegna. Il prodotto deve essere restituito non utilizzato, integro e completo di confezione originale. Le spese di reso sono a carico del cliente salvo prodotto difettoso o errore imputabile a DBR S.R.L. In caso di prodotto difettoso o non conforme, è necessario contattarci entro 7 giorni dalla consegna inviando documentazione fotografica a assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
